Frey, 9. <br /> <br />Barlow, <br /> <br />The minutes of the regular meeting .May ISth were read and were approved. <br /> <br /> REPORTS OF COMMITTEES. <br /> Auditing-- <br /> The Auditor reported having examined bill~ against the City for the month of <br /> <br />May,' 1915, and recommended the payment of the same to the~following amounts: $5,136.90 for the <br />City ProperS $S55.85 for the Sixth Ward; and $2B9.63 for the Seventh Ward. <br /> <br /> On mot$on, the bills were allowed and by the following vote: <br /> Ayes--Markham, <br /> Langhorne, Barlow, Cart, Adams, Privett, Wilson, Browne, Frey, <br /> <br /> ~inance-- <br /> Hon. A recuest of the Sixth <br />Ward Board that the Sixth Ward be credited with $4B8.~0 and $3B.50, now cred{ted.to the City <br />Proper. Progress as to same. <br /> <br /> An appropriation of $750. to run a pipe line across Harrison street to empty on the east <br />side of Washington. <br /> We report that .such an appropriation will 'be considered for the ~dget for 1916. <br /> <br /> An appropriation not to exceed $1SO0. to repair and enlarge Grimes Battery Gun Room. <br /> It is recommended that further action on same be deferred until the Committee is fur- <br /> nished with further information concerning needs.at the Gun Boom, ~&c. <br /> <br /> Reports of Officers for the month of April, 1~15. <br /> We report that we have examined these reports and it is recommended that they be filed. <br /> <br /> A report of the Auditor of following bills held up by him, because of lack of Spprop~iation <br /> or because they exceeded l/lB of appropriation allowed for same: Public Property, $56.39~ Po- <br /> lice, $1.30.
