That ?ashington street be paved, from North to H~rrison, with a 16 ft. <br /> driveway on each side an~ a parked center of E? feet. <br /> <br />That Queen street be paved one block from Water to Crawford. <br /> <br /> 3. That Craw~erd st=eet, ba paved two blocks from Hdgh to London, with a ~0 ft. driveway <br />on each side of the S. A. L. tracks. <br /> <br />4. That Lincoln street be paved~one block from Sixth to Seventh. <br /> <br />5. That Hampton Place be paved one.block from Dinwiddie to Washington. <br /> <br /> h <br />6,, That Cou~t Street Causeway be paved from Clifford mo Wyt e. <br /> <br />That Armstrong street be paved one block from Bay to Villa. <br /> <br />8. That Cooke street be paved'four blocks from Ann to Glasgow. <br /> <br /> 9. And that Effingham street be paved two blocks from County to South, with a 18 ft. drive- <br />way on each side and parked'center. <br /> <br /> These streets to be pavedwith a smooth pavement, such as asphalt, hithulithio, or some- <br />thing simila~; and that they be paved i~he order named above, as far as the money will permit. <br /> <br /> It is further recommended that the Committee be authorized to advertise fo= bids to <br />do said paving. <br /> <br /> It is fturther recommended that the property owners on ~ashington, Q~$n, Crawford, <br />Lincoln, Hampton Place, and Court Street Oauseway be notified that it is necessary to put in <br />lead pipe connections between now and April 1st of next yeem, on which date we expect to start <br />~he work of paving; the residents of the other streets in the "Program" to be notified later, <br />giving them time in which to make their connections. <br /> <br /> And it is furthe~ recommended that if the bids fez the pavement pe~ yard a~e low enough <br />to permit it, Orawford street be paved from London to North. <br /> <br />( si sod) <br /> <br />S.
