See, 9. <br /> <br />The minutes of the regular meeting September 14th were read and were approved. <br /> <br /> At this point, it w~s noted that a delegation of colored citizens was present in the in- <br />terest of an appropriation for the establishment of a night school for colored youths. <br /> Whereupon, on motion of M~.
