Hatton'~ Estate, in regard to error in assess- ment of buildings on Ann ~ Leckie streets, years !gll-lz-13-14-15, made by the La~d Assessors in 1910, to amount of $360.~0~ whiqh said amount should be r~unded. It is recommended that Susan R. Hmtton's Estate be re2unded taxes on said property to amount of $360.80~for the years named. A communication from Willis H. Jenkins in regard to overcharge of ~oil taxx o~ property situate on the north side of Columbia street, Seventh ~srd, ~or the years ~913~u~5,.to amount I~ is reco~ended that Er. "Street Paving Program~ Recommendation of'the Chief of Police that s~fety gates be placed at the corner of Elm and R~ce avenues, and Prentis and Race avenues. It is further recommended that the Street Committee be authorized to advertise for bids to supply curbing for south side of Wythe street: between Third ~ Fourth; west side of Third, between H~rriso~ and Wythe; and north side of Wythe, between Second and Fhurth; to be paid out of allowance mcr same in the Budget of 1916. It is further recommended that the Street Comsat,es be authorized~ .to m~lvertise for bids 'to supply a "R~ir Outfit" for Streets, out of allowance for same in the Budget of 1916. It is recommended further that $750'. be ms~ie available out of Paving BOnd funds, for preliminary work on pa~ing; ~ud that ~0, be made available for a "Bicycle" for the Street In- spector, allowed in th~ Budget for 1916.
