The motion w-rs adopted. On motion of Er. Cart, the question of raislng'a fountain at the corner of ~ashington and County streets was referred to the Street Committee. Er. Markham moved to refer to Finance and Firs committees Jointly the ~dvisability_of pro- riding a bicycle for the Chief of ths Fire Department. The motion was adopted.
