<br />from the Chief of the Fire Department to the Hayer concerning low pressure o~ water at a fire
<br />which ocdurred on Green and Bart streets February 24th,
<br /> On motion, the Boa~d concurred with the Common Council in referring said communication
<br />to the Water & Sewerage Committee.
<br />

<br /> Recommitted for further information. Purchasing the Guthrie property adjoining the Oak
<br />Grove Cemetery, for $2,450.00.
<br /> Your Committee respectfully reports that they have inquired further as to conditions
<br />of this property and recommend that it be purchased for $2,500.00, provided that the owner will
<br />hmve removed at his own expense ali bodies which m&y be found in this property pzecedingauy
<br />payment for same, and that he can give a clear title for it to the City.
<br /> It is further recommended that the City Engineer shall supervise exhuming these bodies
<br />and report on the same to the Cemetery Committee.
