Purchasing the Guthrie property adjoining the Oak <br />Grove Cemetery, for $2,450.00. <br /> Your Committee respectfully reports that they have inquired further as to conditions <br />of this property and recommend that it be purchased for $2,500.00, provided that the owner will <br />hmve removed at his own expense ali bodies which m&y be found in this property pzecedingauy <br />payment for same, and that he can give a clear title for it to the City. <br /> It is further recommended that the City Engineer shall supervise exhuming these bodies <br />and report on the same to the Cemetery Committee. <br /> <br /> (Signed) S.
