Clemons, Bernard <br />D. Griffin, James C. Hawks, Cameron C. Pitts, P. Ward Robinett, <br />Jr., Sheila Riddick, Assistant City Attorney, C. W. McCoy, <br />Assistant City Manager, and Delegate Kenneth R. Melvin. <br /> <br /> The Mayor called the meeting to order and welcomed all in <br />attendance. <br /> <br />94-452 - The following call for the meeting ~ras read: <br /> <br /> "Please attend a special called meeting of the City Council <br />to be held in the City Council Chamber, 6th floor of City Hall, <br />801 Crawford Street, at 12:15 p.m., Wednesday, November 9, 1994, <br />for the purpose of a Public Work Session with the General <br />Assembly delegation to review Portsmouth's Legislative Package. <br /> <br /> In addition, you may consider a motion to go into an <br />Executive Session. <br /> <br />By order of the Mayor." <br /> <br /> 94-453 <br />Session: <br /> <br />The following item was discussed in Public Work <br /> <br />1.
