Moore, Jr., Delegate <br />David Gehr, Commissioner of Transportation <br />A1 Nash, District Engineer <br />James Atwell, Assistant Commissioner for Finance <br />Scott Hollis, State Urban Engineer <br /> <br />94-450 - The following call for the meeting was read: <br /> <br /> "Please attend a special called meeting of the City <br />Council to be held in the City Council Chamber, 6th floor of <br />City Hall, 801 Crawford Street, at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, <br />November 9, 1994, for the purpose of a Public Work Session with <br />the General Assembly delegation, VDOT officials and members of <br />the Port Norfolk Community. <br /> <br /> In addition, you may consider a motion to go into an <br />Executive Session. <br /> <br />By order of the Mayor." <br /> <br /> 94-451 ' The following item was discussed in the Public <br />Work Session: <br /> <br />1.
