<br /> The following is the resoluti~nofSe~d by Er~-Eanvey, referred to above:

<br />by the Common Council, the Board of Aldermen concurring, that the Auditor be instructed to PaY
<br />all current bills when properly mpproved by the Chairman and Vice-Chairm~n of the respective
<br />Committees, provided that said bills do not exceed 1/12 of the appropriation each month."
