<br /> The Eayor reported that he h~d investigated complaints against Police Officer J. M. Drake
<br />amd Patrolman N. L. Chase for failure to pull the telephone boxes on schedule ti~me, and that
<br />they were both e~cused for their negligence on this occasion, with a warning thmt the telephone
<br />boxes must he pulled on time, except in extreme cases, and then, if not pulled, they mus~ sub~
<br />mit a report to the officer in charge of the reasons for their delay.

<br />tO provide separate qusrters for tubercular patients; and to secure f~gures for lighting the
<br />Home.
