That this use permit is approved subject to the following conditions: (a) The applicant shall comply with all applicable codes, ordinances and regulations of federal, state and local governments, and shall obtain all necessary licenses and permits. (b) The facility shall be inspected annually by the City Fire Department, Health Department and Building Inspections. (c) The applicant shall install smoke detectors in all bedrooms, hallways and kitchens. (d) The applicant shall install six foot (6') stockade fencing around the rear yard to buffer the single-family residential uses. Please note that the recommendations suggested by City Council from the Public Work Session on Monday, November 7, 1994 have been incorporated. I have also attached information requested on the funding options as presented by the Virginia Department of Transportation on November 8, 1994. I recommend approval of the Draft 1995 Legislative Proposals."
