E. the most suit- <br />able hour fo~ the opening of the Civil Court. In the event that the Police cases run beyond l0 <br />o'clock, the ~ivil cases are, of course, necessarily postponed until the police cmses are con- <br />cluded. <br /> ~On and ~ter the first of the year these hours will be st=icily adhered to except in cases <br />absolutely beyond my control. <br /> "Very respectfully, <br /> "J.
