GULATIONS; TO PROVIDE RULES AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING ~%Vt~EOBiLE BUSES, JITNEY AUTOMOBILES, AND TAXI-CABS, ~GAGED IN THE TP~%NSPORTATION OF PASSENGERS; TO REQUIRE A LICenSE AND BOND OF ALL CHAUFFEURS AND DRIVERS OF SUCH BUSES, JITNEYS, AND TAXI-CABS~ AND TO REPEAL ~ k~UCH OF SECTION 383 OF THE i~J~ICIP~ CODE AS IS IN CONELICT WITH THIS ORDINANCE~ And by the following vote: Ayes--Bunting, D~shiell, i~vey, Herbert, Eorgs~u~ 6. The Jitney Association, through its Attorney Foster F. V. Staples, thanked the Council for the courtesy shown said Association during the consideration of the proposed "Traffic 0rdinance." ~r.
