<br />!mprcvements, so as to reduce the number of open accounts to a minimum,

<br /> As to question of checking the dog tax.
<br />
<br /> That starting with the 1916 Back Taxes the Auditor and Ci'ty Collector be
<br />keep a separate annual back tax account for each year.

<br />be credited to the Cemetery Fund~ in order to settle all balances as outlined on Page ~ of the

<br /> That an arrangement be made whereby all of the City books be audited amnually by the same
<br />man or firm so ms to keep ~ constant check and probably reduce the cost,
<br /> It is recommended that the recommendation of the City Manager be adopted, bids for the
<br />work to be asked for at the proper time,

<br /> Suggestions of the Public Accountant that depreciation be ~charged off as against all pub-
<br />lic property, and that account be taken of appreciation in values as they might occur, &c.
<br /> ,It is, recommended that the recommendation be adopted, and that the City Collector be
<br />instructed to carry same into effect,
<br />
<br /> We report further that we have examined coupons cancelled for the years
<br />as reported by the Public Accountant, have found them correct, and have destroyed ~me.
