Recommendation of the City Eauag~r ~s to imposing an inspection fee for the work of the Flumbing In~peotor of ~0ou~ $,25 per fixture, and & small fee be charged for the issuance of pe~mi~s for either new work or r~pair jobs; ~hese fees to be collected by the City~Collecto~ and turned in~o the City Treasury.
