<br />of traffic, &c. (Cost estimated by the City Engineer for ~tting out and changing corners,
<br />furnishing new curb, ~epairing as~hmlt ~d concrete, and building new catch-basin at Fourth &
<br />Wythe and Court & Wytne streets, $300~00).
