<br />Suffolk.
<br /> However, the City Eanager recommended ~hat we p~oceed along the lines as outlined by

<br />He recommended that the "expense Of the m~intmining and operating the cl~min gang would
<br />be charge~ble to street cl~uing and repairs and the labor now under the Department of Health.

<br />red to the Department of Finance, ~nd the letters, r~les, &c., enclosed with the City Manager's
