<br /> ~s to how the City should proceed to get the ~rk done, mdvised that Mr. McGuire be,n~ified
<br /> that, u~ess he ~egin the work in a time to be specified, the City ~uld do the ~=k itself
<br /> and cha~ge the cos~ mo him.
<br /> ~ereupon, ~r. Herbert moved that the City Attorney be inst~ct~d to not~y Contractor
<br /> McGuire that, unless he begin the work of repaying ~id streets within fifteen days from
