<br />al ferries from Pio-~ers Point to Norfolk, Va., when the cost of operating these ferries can be
<br />saved by these Railroads bringing their passenger trains in %he seaboard Air Line Btation in
<br />Portsmouth, directly at the entrance of the Norfolk and Portsmouth Ferries with a continuous
<br />ten minute schedule,
