Recomending the use of the Jailer's residence for a detention home~ and that the <br /> $600. appropriated for rent -for a detention home be made available flor furnishing and operating <br /> a detention house in what is now the Jailer's quarters. <br /> On motion, the matter w~s refer~ed~ to the Department of Public Welfare. <br /> <br /> Sixth.
