Herbert offsred the following resolution, which was adopted: ~Be it Resolved by the City Cotuucil, That such suggestions of improvements as. ar,e recom- ~ez~ted by the Government authorities Ln letter dated August 29th be appro~ved and same be refer- ~ed to the S~elal Water Co~ittee, City ~anager s~ud City Attorney to co-operate with Admiral P~rris and ether Government Officials authorized to carry on. thes~e improvements and to negotiate te_~nus for confirmation of~ City Co-e~ncil at the earliest possible date.- ~h~. B. & S.
