<br />Shares of ~tock therein. Provided th~ the market value of said stock shall De'estLm~ted at a
<br />sum not less than the aggregate of the capital, s~plus and undivided profits of each bank,
<br />bankir~ hOUse association, trust and security company as shown by its last published Statement
<br />prior to the first of February, after deduetlm~for such aggregate the value o~ the real estate
