<br />taxes for the years 1896-1910, Inc.,this property being assessed Against the Atlantic Coast
<br />Li~e~'RaIIrbad and~ paid by them for these years; and that the cl~arge on the City Auditor~'s
<br />books Against R. A. HutchA~. for $173.54 and R. L. Hutchins for $34.00 be cancelled, as both
<br />these charges seem to be in error.
<br /> It- is recommended that the request be complied with.

<br /> A commun~ation from S. Liehty concerning taxes, interest and penalty charged against his
<br />property in error,
<br /> - It is recommended that assessment against the property be relieved for time the house
<br /> was burned.

<br />Lih~be increased to' $150. per month; and for an additional room with proper sewerage for
<br />the b~lding, at ~ approximate cost of $1,000;00. Progress.

<br />th Wards.
<br /> It is recommended that the City Manager and the Department of Public Service bring

<br />to the superintendent of Schools out' of the apProPriation already provided.
