<br />who asked relief fro~. handling Of meat as provided under City 0~dinance, stating t,hat it is
<br />a~most impossible for mea~ dea!ersto comply with the law and continue in business.
<br /> Whereupon, M~ Robertson was requested to make his complaint in ~iting as to the part
<br />of the ordinance complained of.
