Robertson, <br />who asked relief fro~. handling Of meat as provided under City 0~dinance, stating t,hat it is <br />a~most impossible for mea~ dea!ersto comply with the law and continue in business. <br /> Whereupon, M~ Robertson was requested to make his complaint in ~iting as to the part <br />of the ordinance complained of. <br /> <br /> N~xt, the privilege of the floor was granted to Dr. Abbernathy and Hev.~V..W. Bargamin, Who <br />spoke in fa~or Of the passage of the ordinance requiring a ~ ' - - <br /> bond o~ owners or drzvers of puolzc <br />automobiles, &c. ~ <br /> <br /> The priviteg~ of the floor was granted also to Mr. Weakley, of the N. S.
