<br /> (With City Attorney) Communication from the City Clerk & Audito~ stating that tax~s for
<br />the Parker Farm for the yea~ 1918 was assessed against previous owner, Nr~ Bunting; and that the
<br />taxes for ten months of 1918, $150.67, should either be paid to the Treasurer of Norfolk Cottuty
<br />by the City or the City Attorney should be instructed to proceed in Cotu~t to be relieved of the
<br />said amount.~
<br /> Th~ City Attorney is handling this matter and this Department will report later.

<br /> A petiti'on of J. E. Johnson, by Geo. Bosman, attorney, that he be refunded amounts paid in
<br />erTor by him on property eituate on Effingham street for the years 1894, 1898, 1898, 1599, and
<br />1911-18, inclusi~,e. Total $109,20, with interest thereon, making a total of $143.23.
<br /> It is recommended that a special appropriation of $109.20 be allowed to refundfor
<br />~hese taxes.
