Katherine Harrell, 614 Glasgow Street, presented a book on <br />the Bide-A-Wee Golf Course that she prepared. <br /> <br />8. Raleigh Harsley, 2124 Peach Street, spoke on the City Code <br />enforcement by the City. <br /> <br />9. William Copeland, 2107 Staunton Avenue, spoke on the Galaxy <br />Project and the seepage of toxic waste at the Naval Shipyard. <br /> <br /> Motion by Mr. Martin, and seconded by Mr. Robinett, to have <br />the City Manager instruct the Economic Development Department to <br />pursue regionalism for economic development projects, and was <br />adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br />On motion meeting was adjourned at 10:16 p.m. <br /> <br />JGloria O.
