<br />R. A. Robertson, and S. B. Hutchins, former Assessors of Lands, agreeing to assess the Public
<br />Service Corporationsin the City, giving the Council a s~p~te report on ~ach Corporation,
<br />for the sum of $1,000.00, to be paid on the completion of their work. The communication stated
<br />mlso should the Finance Committee desire ~o take this question before the State Corporation
<br />Board and desire thei~ presence, they agree to ~ive same free of any additional cost to the
<br />City, ~xcepting hotel and travelling expen~ses.

<br /> Then Mr. White moved that an appropriation of $1,000. be added to the Budge~, under
<br />"Council," and that Messrs. A. J. Phillips, R. A. Robertson, a~d S. B. Hutchins ~e engaged by
<br />the City to do the work~n mccordanoe with the terms and conditions outlined in thei~ communi-
<br />cation. The motion was adopted.
