<br />City Manager, and ~ohn Warren, Oscie Dashiell, T. A. Talbot, W. D. Milford, and J. Mo Broughton
<br />testified for the defense, and G. H. Petti~ohn closed the evidence by testifying for the City
<br />
<br />' After the summing up of the case by City Attorney George Busman for the City Manager
<br />and attorneys H. J. Davis and R. H. B~gby for the defense, Mr. White moved that the Cbuncil
<br />retire to discuss the evidence and formulate a report. The motion was adopted.
