<br /> It iS recommended that a special appropriation of $209.76 be allowed to pay
<br />Glover's bills for November, Decembe=, and January, for feeding City prisoners. This is ~he
<br />total amount of his b%lls, less 50~ committal fee for e~ch prisoner. We report "Progress"
<br />on request for appropriation of $1400. to be added to the Budget.
