<br /> Each slot machine of every~description allowed by the laws of the State~ $2.00, and the
<br />license for the same shmll be posted in front of. the machine.

<br />53. SODA WATER AND SOFT DRINKS
<br />
<br /> -Each person who shall engage in the business of selling soda water and other such drinks,
<br />from a ~ountain ~£nere the capital invested in such business is not more than ~lOO. O0, $11.00;
<br />where more than $100.00 and not over $500.00, $26.00; and where more than $500.00, $101.O0;
<br />such license to be in addition to any other license zax required ~or said business. The capi-
<br />tal invested in such business shall not be remurned by the applicant a~ an ~mount less than
<br />the actual oos~ price of the fountain or apparatus used in conneozion therewith.
