I am informed by the Bureml of Medicine and ~urgery that the question of the exchange <br />of lots suggested im your letter of April 6, 19~1, will not he considered by the Bureau at <br />the present t~me.~ When the roads, approaches to, and cemetery are completed, the matter may <br />'~e reopened but the Bureau is desirous that all improvements contemplated should be completed <br />prior to such exoh~nge. <br /> <br /> "2.
