Mrs. Coates has paid the Real Estate Taxes on property owned by Annie Rosser, deceased, since July 10, 1986, including delinquent taxes back to 1966. The City Treasurer's research finds that an error has occurred and that the payment has been in error. I recommend your approval of this motion for a refund with interest."
