<br /> BONDS OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, ~r~G~N~A, FOR THE PURPOSE O~ OPENING, GRADING, AND PAVING
<br /> CERTAIN STREETS ~N SAID C~TT; MAE~NG PROVISYON ~OR FORM OF SA~D BONDS AND FOR THE PAYMENT

<br /> At this point, Mx. Hmll moved that the appropriation not to exceed $30,000.00 for the
<br /> opening of Hatton street, mmde by Council M~y 31st, be reconsidered.
