<br /> Gentlemen:-- Your Fin~oe Committee begs to report that they had a

<br />conference with the Officials of the Seaboard Air Line Ry. and Portsmouth Gas Co. in reg~d
<br />
<br />to the corporate assessment of their properties for the Year 1~21, and in both cases they
<br />
<br />have reached ~n agreement on the s~nount of assessment.

<br /> ~s, therefore, recommend that the City Council agree to an assessment of the S. A. L.
