City Council. <br /> Gentlemen:-- Your Fin~oe Committee begs to report that they had a <br /> <br />conference with the Officials of the Seaboard Air Line Ry. and Portsmouth Gas Co. in reg~d <br /> <br />to the corporate assessment of their properties for the Year 1~21, and in both cases they <br /> <br />have reached ~n agreement on the s~nount of assessment. <br /> <br /> ~s, therefore, recommend that the City Council agree to an assessment of the S. A. L. <br /> <br />Property in Portsmouth of $2,~63,$~5oO0, the assessment for 19~O on this propermy was <br /> <br />$.~,699,~75.00. <br /> And the assessment of the proper~y of the Portsmouth Gas Co. of $329,600.00 for 1921; <br /> <br />s~id assessmen~ for igEO on thei~ property wms <br /> <br /> <br />
