The amendment Was adopted, Mr. Oast voting No. <br /> <br /> A communication was read from a Committee from the Portsmouth Central Labor Union, en- <br />closing a communication from the American Federation of Labor, in connection with the effort <br />to promote a nation~wi~e demonstration on Disarmament. <br /> The COmmitte~ requested that the matter be handled by the City. <br /> 'Jer.
