<br />exceptions be filed to the same by the owners of the property within that time, the title
<br />of the property [will vest in the. City, upon the payment of the amounts awarded either into
<br />Court or zo the persons owning the property.
<br /> In view of my previous recommendations in regard to Hatton St~ the question of
<br />Hatton St. is submitted to the Council without further remark.
<br /> In regard to Cooke,St., it is recommended that a special appropriation of $5,000.
<br />be made for the purpose of securing the desired right of way.
