<br /> 3rd. Communication stating that he is in receipt of a request from the Camp Mfg. Co.
<br />of Franklin, Va., to grant this Company authority to put in a spur track on the Seaboard track
<br />across Crawford St., connecting with their plant at the Northeast corner of Crawford and South
<br />Sts., as shown in red on the accompanying blue print.

<br />been offered the amounts designated in-the resolution and-these offers h&v~ been declined in
<br />writing. Therefore, if. Council so authorizes, condemnation proceedings may be entered.

<br />sessed value, for lots numbered from 5 to 15, inclusive, of said. property; which said offers
