I have filed the exceptiOnS as directed, <br />but should the Court set aside the previous award it c~n only appoint new commissioners whose <br />appraisal might be more or less than the amount appropriated. <br /> I h~ve been info,ed b~the owners that they are willing to pay into Court <br />the difference between the $30,O00~OO to be paidby the City and the $32,5~O.O~awarded by <br />the Commissioners.
