375 January 10, 1922 "Hon. City Council-. Gentlemen:-- ~our Finance Committee respectfully reports herein cer~ing the following matters referred to said Committee December 31st, 1921: Reports of the City Treasurer for months of Octob~r~:'mndf November, 192I. We have examined said reports and it is recommended that they be filed. con- Request of the City Collector that H. Lasting, 12 Green St.,-be refunded $10o50, paid in error on personal property ~ssessed in error by the Commissioner of RSvenue. It is recommended that said refund~be made. Re,q~est of the city CollectOr that A. Berson be refunded $3.60, paid in error on Martha C. Pool s City taxes for the Year 1920, 8th W~r& It is recommended that a special appropriation of $3.60 be made to pay said refund, ~th Ward. List submitted by the City Collector cf refunds due property owners who have paid their ta~xes ~ut were afterwards relieved of amounts named by the Boardof Review.
