<br /> Before the call was read, the ?resident stated that ~he Council had been requested ~o
<br />select two members to serve on a Committee for the Hsmpton Roads Port to prbtest ~o the Inter-
<br />state Commerce Commission a~gainst the removs~l of differentials.in freight ra~es.
<br /> On motion of Er. ~i~e, the Chairmmm was muthorized to appoint a Committee of two,
<br />and the Chair ~nnounoed Eessrs. C. W. Johnston and H, A. Vo Parker as said Committee.

<br /> Cr~ord P~k; ;~ that he would recommend that ~, ordinance be adopted n~ming the park "Ports-

<br /> Mr. Omst moved that the recommendation of the ~nage~ be concurred in, ~d that the
