<br /> and R~ce avenue, for storing of roadway and building material.
<br /> It is recommended~ that the rent for this plot bf ground be made $20.25 per month,
<br /> instead of $15.00, the Railroad Company ~o pay taxeS' instead of being relieved from payment;
<br /> and that the proper City Officers be instructed to execute the contract.
