<br /> (c) That the Council p~ss the attached ordinance as soon as practicable providing for
<br />the reference of the question of a bond issue of $200,000. for m~rket pmrposes to the vote of

<br /> (d) That the streets surrounding the new market be properly sewered, drained and payed
<br />with a smooth paving, if the bond issue be authorized.
<br /> (e) That the Oity Nanager extend the proposed white way on Middle St. to South St. and
<br />to the streets surrounding the new m~rket if the bond issue be authorized.
<br /> (f) Thmt the Oity Manager be directed to investigate and report promptly to the Council
<br />on the Guestion of retiring the present Clerk and Assistant Olerk of the Market, with an ap-
<br />propriate pension; and on the re-organization of the present force employed at the m~rket.
<br /> (g) That the Finance Committee in drawing the a~uuml License Ordinance for 1923 mak~
<br />provision for restricting and limiting the operation of hucksters in the Oity.
