White moved that the ordinance be amended~ as follows: .the northern boundary <br />changed to read: "bounded on the north by th.e center line of Scotts Creek;" the eastern bound~ry <br />changed to read: "on the east by ~ne V,~est side of Chanr~el as sho'~n on ola~/~showing proposed <br />Harbor lines in the Southern branch of Scotts Creek, dated November, 1922, made by J. R. Kirk, <br />Engineer~ (said plat being made a part of this ordin~nce)~~ and the following clause at the end <br />cf Section i struck out: "provided, however, this ordinance s.b~ll not app~ly to any oyster <br />or fish house or like business located in s~id district on the first d~y of December, 1922." <br /> The a~.endments were adopted. <br /> Then ~.
