On motion of Mr. Esleeck, ~ continued on the table; An Ordinance Designating the Police Justic <br />as Judge of the Juve~t~e mud Domestics Relations Court. <br /> The following ordinance, w~ch was placed on its first ~reading February 27th, was taken up <br />and r cad: - ~ <br /> AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE REGULATING AND CONSTRUCTION OF TANKS FOE T~ STORAGE <br />OF GASOLINE, KEROSENE,~ OILS AND OT~ VOLATILE AND INFLA~DL~B~E LIQUIDS WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS <br />OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH. <br /> Whereupon, Mr. Esleeck moved that the following words be st~ruck out of Section ~, s~fter <br />the words "other volatile a~d inflammable liquids": "east of Chestnut St., or to install any <br />tank having a capcity in excess of t000 gallons;" and after the words "within the City limits" <br />the following be struck out: "West of Chestnut St." The motion was adopted, by the following <br />vote: Ayes-- Esleeck, Hutchins, Oast, Smith, Stewart, White, 6.
