Luke for 15 d~ys lost from duty, on account of M~. Luke being injured'by mn automobile d~ven by J. L. Story. An Ordinance for Imposing a~d Collecting Taxes on Reml Estate, Ts~ugible Personal Proper- ty, Intangible Perso~l Property, a~d Banks Within the ~imits of the City of Portsmouth,the PublicVir- iginia, for the P~mrpose of Raising Revenue for the Support of the Government and Free ~Bchools, amd to P~y Interest aud Sinking Fund on the Public Debt, for the Year Begi~ing Febru- ary l~t, 1923.
