<br />be located on City property at the corner of Bart St. and the ~osport ~auseway~ fronting either
<br />on the causeway or on Ba~t St., as may b~ determined by the City ~ger. We further recommen~
<br />that au appropriation of $6,000.00 be msxle to be refunded later from a bond issue for the pur£
<br />pos~ of filling this property ~nd for constructing the stable.

<br />nine bids therefor; aud recommend that thebonds be awarded to Prince & ~hitely, 52 Broadway,
