<br />Palmer St., thence on Palmer St. to the Belt Line and along the Belt Line north ~nd sc~th

<br />Grove Cemetery, it was necessary to employ a plumber. Upon investigation, it was found that
<br />the main was crushed due probably to heavy hauling incident to filling lots. There are no
<br />kunds avmilable to pay for this work and I therefore recommend a special a~propriation of
<br /> ~.50 for it.

<br />in the Paige Car, this car is in the last smages of delapldation and is dangerous for any
