GREETING: WE COMMAND YOU TO SUMMON CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA, to appes~r before the STATE CORPORATION COMMISSION, at its courtroom in the Capitol Building in the City of Richmond, Virginia, on Thursday, the twenty-seventh day of September, 1923, at ten o'clock A. M~, at which time the Commission will consider and dispose of the question~ raised by zhe proceeding this day instituted in the matter of proposed discontinuance by Vir- ginia Railway and Power Company of the operation of "County Street Line," in the City of Ports- mouth, in accordance with the order this day entered, a copy of whioh order is attached hereto as a part hereof. Mr. Brooks moved that the question of listing lots separately on Commissioner of Revenue's Land Book instead of several lots together, as at present, be referred to the City Manager and City Attorney.
