<br /> Au Ordinance Prohibiting the Hauling of more Than One Trailer Over the Streets of the
<br />City of Portsmouth and Providing Penalties for Using Trucks of E~cessive Weights on the
<br />Streets of the said City.

<br />for the, purpose intended by the Council of the City of Portsmouth."
