<br />Portsmouth Belt Line P~ilroad, provided, however, t~e sa~d track shall~at~all times conform
<br />to the street grades as fixed b~ the City Engineer, s~d this permit~y~%~~ ~ime be revoked
<br />by the City Cbuncil, and provided further that the said Dwinell-Wright Comps~y sh~ll assu~e
<br />and p~y all claims and ds~r~ges which ~ay be caused to property ~f other persons, fir~s and
